From Concept to Completion

How We Work

At CBR SPARKLING HOMES, we follow a structured, transparent, and client-focused process to ensure your experience is smooth from the first conversation to the final handover. Here’s how we bring your dream space to life:

Consultation & Vision Alignment

Every project begins with a conversation.We meet with you, either in person or virtually - to understand your lifestyle, requirements, budget, and the look and feel you desire. This stage helps us capture your vision and create a foundation for the design journey ahead.

Site Survey & Measurements

Our team visits your space to take accurate measurements, study the layout, and understand the natural flow, lighting conditions, and structural elements. This helps us design with precision and practicality.

Concept Development & Mood Boards

Based on your preferences, we create Concept ideas, Mood boards, Colour palettes and Material suggestions.This phase shapes the overall theme and visual direction of your space.

3D Visualisation & Design Presentations

We transform ideas into photorealistic 3D designs so you can visualize the final outcome even before the work begins. You’ll see how your furniture, flooring, wall finishes, and lighting will look—ensuring clarity and confidence.

Final Design, BOQ & Budget Approval

Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with transparent pricing. You’ll receive a comprehensive cost estimate, Project timelines, Material list and Execution plan. We proceed only after your approval.

Execution & Site Work Begins

Our execution team takes over to bring the design to life. This includes Civil work, Carpentry, Electrical and plumbing, Painting and finishes, False ceiling. Modular furniture installation - All activities are monitored closely to maintain quality and stay on schedule.

Updates & Quality Checks

Throughout the project, we keep you informed with regular updates, photos, and progress reports.We conduct multiple quality checks at every stage to ensure flawless workmanship and adherence to the design.

Furniture, Decor & Styling

Once the main work is complete, we add the finer details—furniture placement, soft furnishings, accessories, and decor styling—to give your space the perfect finishing touch.

Final Inspection & Client Walkthrough

We take you through the completed space, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. Any minor adjustments needed are addressed immediately.

Handover & After-Service Support

With all work completed and quality assured, we officially hand over your beautifully designed space. We remain available for after-service support, maintenance guidance, and any additional assistance you may need.
